FrontLINER'S

The vision of Frontliners is to bring men to the next level in their walk with God by equipping them with the weapons needed to advance to the frontline in every spiritual area of their lives.  Through their accountability to God, family, and each other, Frontliners are to be men ready to withstand the attacks of the devil by putting on the full armor of God. The men of Columbia World Outreach (CWO) will not let the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life have any control in their lives. Frontliners are to be men of prayer who are to affect positive change within their spheres of influence.

“Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another” (Pro 27:17). Frontliners are men sharpening each other. They must be willing to invest time and resources into their personal lives and the lives of other men for kingdom building.  They will read their bible daily developing a personal devotional lifestyle that will allow quiet time between them and the Lord. During this time, the men will read a chapter of Proverbs every day. The date and the chapter will coincide. Also, Frontliners will read five chapters from the book of Psalms each day.

Frontliners are to understand that as Christ is head of the church they must be head of our household.  As leaders, they must serve their families by exemplifying the type of character that their wives and children can follow. God’s Word and prayer, fasting and unselfish giving, and evangelism are just some of areas they must be totally committed in.

Frontliners will support the pastors and the church by leading their families to church. Also, they are committed to the vision that the pastor has for the church and are willing to serve sacrificially for the sake of seeing the vision come to fruition. The men of God at Columbia World Outreach can be found at the altar praying for the pastors and every aspect of the service prior to the beginning of each worship service.

It is imperative that Frontliners stay connected. They will unite/communicate throughout the month outside of church services for the purpose of accountability, confession, and prayer. “Therefore, confess your sins to one another, pray for one another so that you may be healed” (James 5:16). Also, Frontliners are to get involved and share their talents and gifts. God has called each of us to pour out to others what He has poured into us. “As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. Whoever speaks, it is to do so as one who speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever, Amen.” (1 Peter 4:10-11).
